First responders train free
From your first white-belt class until you earn your blue belt — our way of serving the people who serve Texas.
How it works
If you are a police officer, firefighter or paramedic and you are new to jiu-jitsu, your Seeds 13 membership is free until you reach blue belt — typically six to twelve months of consistent training.
- Who qualifies: active police officers, firefighters and paramedics.
- Starting point: beginner white belt (new to BJJ).
- What you pay: nothing until your blue belt is around your waist.
- Uniform: like every student, you purchase and train in the academy uniform.
- Where: any of our five Texas academies.
Military discounts are also available at every academy — ask at the front desk.
